Moksha class (60, 75, or 90 min) -
40 poses practiced in a heated room designed to promote openess through your hips and strength through the upper body while detoxifying your entire body. Both standing and seated poses are practiced and classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
Moksha Flow - This class will be different each time. Based on the Moksha sequence, it gives you the opportunity to try new postures and sequences while still maintaining a level of familiarity to encourage focus and concentration. Beginners welcome.
Power Fusion - This class may alternate between the Baron Baptiste power vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, and other yoga styles. These physically challenging classes are more of a flow style, and may introduce more challenging balancing postures, including arm balances. To grow our yoga practice these classes may also involve both seated meditation and longer savasanas. Straps and blocks might also be a part of the practice. As the holds are longer and the postures are a bit more challenging, we recommend that you have completed at least 10-20 es.
